Debbie Wilson, Chair, Ladies in Pigs (LIPS)

Debbie has been the Chairwoman of Ladies in Pigs for six years, combining her background in education with her experience as a pig producer's wife to pursue her dual passions. She has noted a significant gap in knowledge regarding food origins and the farm-to-fork journey during her tenure as a teacher and beyond. Debbie is dedicated to educating as many people as possible about this topic and aims to elevate aspirations and encourage individuals of all ages to consider careers in the British food and farming industry. Her efforts are bolstered by a remarkable team of volunteers who spread these important messages throughout the UK, some of whom are present at the Fair at stand 262.
