Philippa Wiltshire, Head of Operations, Red Tractor. (THUR)

Philippa has been involved in farm assurance for over 25 years leading FABBL the national beef and lamb farm assurance scheme at the end of the 1990's. She has been involved in Red Tractor since it's inception and now leads the Red Tractor technical teams responsible for setting standards, ensuring assessment and certification is delivered efficiently and licensing the use of the logo on food. She also leads stakeholder and enforcement body liaison and manages the six sector boards. Philippa’s role oversees Red Tractor data and electronic services and making sure they meet the needs of RTA, members, and the wider industry.
