Gary Ford, Head of Strategy and Producer Engagement, BFREPA (Chair)

Gary has worked in the agricultural sector for more than 30 years and brings with him a wealth of expertise that strengthens BFREPA's dedicated poultry team as Head of Strategy and Producer Engagement. Gary joined BFREPA from the British Egg Industry Council, where he was most recently Chief Executive. Prior to that, Gary had a long career at the National Farmers Union, where he held various roles, including Chief Poultry Adviser. Gary was born into a Worcestershire farming family, keeping dairy, arable, and pigs. His extensive personal and professional experience underscores his deep understanding of the industry and its challenges and is a key reason he is such an ardent supporter of producers.
