Will Lea, Country Fresh Pullets & NFU Poultry Board (Wed)

I have worked with poultry since a young age on the family farm in Shropshire where we produce free range eggs. I since left the home farm to explore other things and further my career in poultry. Following graduation from Harper Adams in 2017 and joined Country Fresh Pullets/Lloyds Animal Feeds. My roles have changed in the company during that time from starting as production manager on the rearing side to my current role within the company which is looking after the compliance side of things and policy changes. I work within many forums across industry with other poultry businesses and in more recent years have become involved with the NFU’s National Poultry Board as well as becoming chair of the Midlands Regional Board. The poultry sector is a fast moving and exciting one to be involved in and there is never a dull moment!
