David Andrew, Senior Raw Material Manager, ABN. (THUR)

Originally from Scottish Borders, David studied at Harper Adams Uni, where he completed a Bsc (Hons) in Agri-business. Beginning his career as a trainee grain trainer at Frontier, his career evolved, eventually progressing to the position of oilseed rape trader. After leaving Frontier to join Cefetra, David worked as a grain trader for 3 years before joining AB Agri as a raw material manager. David has been with AB Agri now for over eight years and during this time participated in the NFU Poultry Industry Programme. The skills he took from the programme have supported his progression to senior raw material manager, where he has the responsibility for the position management of major commodities and looking after key accounts.
