Alistair Driver, Editor Pig World (chair)

Alistair Driver is editor of Lewis Business Media titles Pig World and Farm Business and group editor of Agronomist and Arable Farmer (AAF), and is the National Pig Association's webmaster. Pig World is the leading industry title, incorporating a monthly magazine, website and events, including the annual National Pig Awards and the successful Pigs Tomorrow conference. Farm Business is a fortnightly digital publication, delivering up-to-date analysis and comment on the big industry issues of the day, while AAF is a monthly arable magazine delivering analysis, comment and technical insight for the arable sector. It’s a full timetable as Alistair also contributes news stories to the NPA on a daily basis and advises the association on communications. Alistair joined LBM in August 2016. Previously he was political editor at Farmers Guardian for many years and has also worked for Farmers Weekly. He has been a regular farming media pundit over the years, commenting on industry issues on Sky and BBC TV news, as well as Farming Today and regional radio. Brought up on a Leicestershire farm, he now works from a shed in the garden of his home in Oxfordshire.
