Teun van de Braak – Hendrix Genetics

Teun van de Braak is Director of Global Technical Services and Customer Support at Hendrix Genetics Layers. He joined the company in 2010 after graduating from Wageningen University with a Master’s degree in Poultry Breeding and Genetics, complemented by a minor in Business Management and Marketing. Teun began his career as a geneticist and now works at the interface of genetics, nutrition, flock management, and market requirements. He leads global technical service, product management, data strategy, and communication, supporting egg producers worldwide with practical, field driven expertise. A key focus of his work is translating production data and field experience into breeding priorities that deliver value under commercial conditions.
