Molly-Anne Gimson, Pig Producer

Molly has grown up on an outdoor pig breeding farm, where her passion for agriculture developed as she became increasingly involved in the day-to-day running of the business. From an early age, she found a real love for working outdoors, caring for livestock, and understanding the more technical and management aspects of pig farming. Alongside her role on the farm, Molly-Anne runs a food van, Pigs In, which champions produce from the family business. Serving classic pork favourites such as pulled pork and homemade pork burgers, the venture allows her to connect directly with customers and showcase the quality of British farming. Molly-Anne is passionate about the future of agriculture and is committed to continually improving the family enterprise. With a focus on sustainability, innovation, and efficiency, she aims to help build a resilient and forward-thinking business.
