Keith Norris – Phileo Lesaffre UK & Ireland

Keith supports Phileo’s swine customers across the UK and Ireland, providing technical expertise and on-farm support to feed mills, pre-mixers and farmers. With a BSc in Agriculture from Scotland’s Rural College (SRUC) and hands-on experience working on pig farms, Keith combines practical knowledge with a strong technical background. Originally from a sheep farm in Donegal, his lifelong involvement with livestock and time spent in his family’s animal feed business sparked his career in animal nutrition. Since joining Phileo, Keith has focused on technical swine health and nutrition, including coordinating field research and supporting farmers, nutritionists, vets and feed and mineral manufacturers to improve herd performance at farm level.
