James Baxter, BFREPA Chairman and Farmer

James Baxter farms 192,000 hens at Glenhead Farm with his family on the south-west tip of Scotland, supplying Noble Foods. He has embraced renewable energy with a significant investment in technology to dry hen manure while using the heat produced in the process to heat his poultry sheds. James is the Chairman of BFREPA and also sits on the BEIC board as Vice-Chairman.
