Hannah Cargill, Avara Foods

Hannah is a Contract Production Manager at Avara Foods, responsible for 30 broiler farms. She started her poultry career in 2015 with Cobb Europe, building experience across broilers, hatcheries and breeders, before moving to Banham Poultry in 2017 and joining Avara in 2019. In 2023, she co-founded Women in Poultry Production, a knowledge-sharing network, supporting and connecting women across all areas of the sector. Outside of work, she’s kept busy by her young daughter, too many pets, and a house renovation project that never seems to end.
