Gary Ford, Chief Executive, British Egg Industry Council

Gary is the Chief Executive of the British Egg Industry Council having succeeded Mark Williams in December 2023. Born into a Worcestershire farming family, managing dairy, arable and pigs, Ford has spent his working life in the agricultural sector. Starting his professional career at the NFU, he spent a total of 19 years with the organisation across two spells covering a variety of roles, including Chief Poultry Adviser. With ten years as an Agricultural Manager in the broiler sector in-between, Ford brings a passionate and supportive approach as well as a broad understanding of the requirements of BEIC members to his new role.
