Paul has built his career in animal welfare, biosecurity and sustainable food production. Raised on a mixed farm, he went on to lecture in agriculture, audit farm assurance and run his own high-welfare poultry business for over 20 years. Now at Livetec, he helps producers reduce disease risk and strengthen resilience.
