Nick Major – Red Tractor Poultry Sector Board Chair

Nick has extensive executive and non-executive board experience across the agricultural supply industry. He spent 38 years with international animal feed company ForFarmers in sales, marketing and general management roles, and as Corporate Affairs Director led the development and implementation of ForFamers’ sustainability strategy. Nick is also a Senior Adviser at Wild Search and sat on the Centre for Innovation Excellence’s board prior to the merger with the UK AgriTech Centre. He has held numerous non-executive, trustee and advisory roles, served as Chairman of the Agricultural Industries Confederation, chaired the Board of the Global Feed LCA Institute and is a former President of the European Feed Manufacturers’ Federation. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Farmers.
