Amy Davies – Livetec Systems
Amy is a skilled facilitator and City & Guilds qualified trainer with a strong background in livestock production, animal welfare and biosecurity. As a Biosecurity Adviser at Livetec, she leads the development and delivery of online and in-person training programmes for poultry and livestock professionals, alongside providing practical consultancy support to UK producers. Since joining Livetec, Amy has worked closely with egg and poultry meat businesses to strengthen on-farm biosecurity, improve staff training and support contingency planning. Her hands-on farming experience gives her a clear understanding of the operational realities producers face, enabling her to deliver advice that is both practical and commercially relevant. Before Livetec, Amy spent five years as an Agricultural Lecturer and Course Manager at Berkshire College of Agriculture, training future industry professionals. She holds a Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement and an HNC in Poultry Production.
