Rob McGregor, Innovative Outdoor Pig Farmer, LSB Pigs.

Rob McGregor is the farm manager at LSB pigs running two outdoor breeding units in North Norfolk. In 2019 he was named Manager of the year at the National Pig Awards and in 2022 Farm Manager of the year by Farmers Weekly. Rob has had a lifelong agenda to improve the welfare of farm animals and the lives of those that work with them. He has 44 years of livestock experience, 36 years of farm management experience and has work for LSB pigs since 1995. When he's not farming he finds time to write in Farmers Weekly, run a couple of busy social media accounts and help a leading pig equipment supplier with product design and development.
