Katie Jarvis, Senior Policy Advisor, National Pig Association. (THUR)

Katie joined the pig industry in late 2023 following a number of years working for the NFU, spending five years based in the Brussels office where she was responsible for lobbying on a range of policy areas at EU level including the pig sector, working closely with NPA during that time. Following a return to the UK in 2021 she worked closely with farmers in the South West across a range of farming and business issues. She joined the NPA in November 2023 as Senior Policy Advisor where she leads on health and welfare policy, working with members, industry and government to ensure the best outcomes for the pig industry.
