Gemma Thwaites, Clinical Director, Garth Pig Practice.

Gemma is a clinical director at Garth Pig Practice Ltd, working solely within the pig sector. She works with a wide variety of farms and clients across the UK. A previous Pig Veterinary Society President, Welfare Group Chair and Red Tractor representative; she remains actively involved in the society and is the current British Veterinary Association Representative. She is also the veterinary representative on the National Pig Association PIG Board and sits on the NPA PIG board. Gemma has been working within multiple subgroups to develop the Pig Health and Welfare Pathway.
