Nick Lawson, Rattlerow Farms

Nick Lawson is a third-generation pig farmer based in Suffolk working for Rattlerow Farms. His background has been in recruitment where he worked as a headhunter in London for 7 years prior to returning to the family business. He currently manages Rattlerow’s HR function and has helped recruit, build and maintain staff requirements over its 55 sites throughout the UK. Rattlerow now employs over 180 staff and Nick is directly responsible for the hiring, retaining and development of its people. Nick is very passionate about inspiring the next generation of stock people into the industry and showing them the career progression and job satisfaction a career in pig farming offers.
