Jonty Hay is a poultry Farmer based in Herefordshire operating a number of farms across the UK supplying into the retail and wholesale sector. He has recently diversified into Beef production in partnership with M&S, utilising his knowledge of the integrated supply chain in poultry and introducing the concept to red meat. He also sits on the NFU poultry board and the Red Tractor poultry board.
