Jon Walton, ADAS

Jon is a Livestock Consultant at ADAS who provides agricultural, technical and animal welfare consultancy to the poultry meat and egg sectors. He works on a diverse range of research, technical and policy related projects for government and private clients. Amongst other pieces of work, he is part of a team at ADAS who update the poultry valuation tables for DEFRA and the monthly cost of production reports for British Free Range Egg Producers Association which are published in The Ranger.
